Description
Parana from the Republic of Komi is nothing like a dessert of sweet dried carrot with vanilla, in my case even with the peanuts! A great additional source of vitamins, sweet snack, useful for kids! Parenco called rustic snacks and usually prepared in advance, stored in an airtight container in a dark place! Parenco no nuts, just add compote and even brewed into tea!

Cooking
Scrape the carrots, cover with water and low heat under the lid boil for 20 minutes; cover with cold water to cool, remove and let dry; Cut into circles about 0.5 cm thick;
Vanilla mix with sugar; baking tray lay a paper, sprinkle with vanilla sugar, put the carrots in 1 layer, liberally sprinkle with sugar;
Sprinkle with nuts and jerk at 70 degrees for 5 hours;
Store in a dark place in an airtight container!
