Cooking
Beat the egg and yolk with sugar white.
Add vanilla and sifted flour, mix thoroughly. It's rather thick batter.
Almonds to grind. How shallow, decide for yourself. I like the walnut baby. Some people prefer large pieces.
Put the dough on with a silicone Mat or parchment a baking sheet using a pastry bag or spoon strips with a thickness of about 1.5 cm and a length of 8-10 cm (the Spoon I did not like the spread, the cookies turns out very wide and difficult to do long strips.) Sprinkle with chopped almonds.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 8 minutes. Allow to cool.
