First, make the cream: everyone should be your recipe custard, I strongly do not mess around with it, I have a saucepan with a thick bottom, so I take the eggs, mix with sugar, flour, starch and milk, all stir well and put on a small fire. Stir constantly cook until thick, then remove to cold. When cool, beat the butter at room temperature and add the cream, it should be the same temperature. All whisk.

Now for the test. Mix yolks, sour cream, sugar and margarine.

Add flour and baking powder, it turns out this dough is soft.

Divide it into 3 parts.

In one part add 3 tablespoons cocoa and 3 tbsp flour, mix and put in the freezer.
