Apple pie is my favorite-favorite! Therefore are always in search of new original Apple recipes! This version of Apple pie is simply fascinating lots of delicious apples (large) and a thin layer of biscuit dough... a series of "very simple, quick and delicious."     1.5 kg

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    1.3 cup

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 pinch

First to prepare the apples. In the recipe, the original is recommended to take apples. Cut them into quarters and remove the core. Form (26 cm diameter) lay a baking paper. Arrange the pieces of butter and sprinkle with half Cup sugar.

On the top tightly arrange the apples. It is about 2 layers. Top again sprinkle with sugar (half a Cup).

Put the form in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for about an hour. In any case, focus on your oven. The apples should be soft but not to burn. The apples will allocate your juice - this is normal. Remove the pan with the apples from the oven and increase the temperature to 225 degrees. Leave the apples for 10 minutes.

To prepare the dough: beat 3 eggs with 3 tablespoons of sugar in a thick foam and add 3 tablespoons of flour with a pinch of baking powder.

Pour this mixture of apples. Put in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes, until Golden brown.
