First you need to prepare vegetables and fruits! We need 120 g grated on a fine grater carrots 240 g grated on a coarse grater apples (without skin) and gently peeled zest of half an orange. Weight - finished product, not the primary!

Portioned tins fill 3/4 full because the batter is pretty good, rises. If you do the cupcake in the whole form, don't do it very high, because it will be a long grilled. Sent the whole thing in a preheated 180 degree oven. Portion enough muffins for 20-25 min, and whole - Bake 25-30 min. until dry skewers.
Remove from oven, allow to cool, decorate with icing sugar and orange zest, and served to the table. While the cake is hot (warm) it will be quite humid. We liked the cold. Moreover, with each passing hour, he was getting tastier and tastier! So don't rush to eat all at once! ;)
