Description
Amazing tender and juicy muffins. They will definitely appeal to those who don't like dry cupcakes. Double-layered jam and custard after baking becomes like a souffle inside the cupcake. Very interesting recipe!

Cooking
First you need to prepare the custard. To do this, combine the egg, flour and sugar.
Add the warmed milk and put on low fire. Stirring constantly, cook until thick (about 5 minutes).
Now you can prepare the dough. Softened butter to mix with sugar, then introduce eggs, cheese, milk. Mix well. If the cheese with lumps, you can go even a blender. Then add the flour with the baking powder. The dough will be of medium thickness.
Muffin tin greased with butter (I have silicone, they do not need). Spread part of the test until the middle of the form.
On top of the dough put about a teaspoon of jam.
And cover it with the dough. The form should be filled 3/4 full, as these muffins will not rise very much.
Bake in preheated oven at 180*C for about 30 minutes. Thoroughly cool before remove from the mold.
Now you can pour the tea and enjoy this mouth-watering delicacy.
Here they are in context. Jam in the baking process somehow migrated to the bottom of the cupcake :)
