Cottage cheese-Apple cinnamon rolls
Soft, crispy roll, tasty, good for Breakfast! Very fond of children!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Soda

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    200 g

Ingredients cottage cheese-Apple cinnamon rolls.

In a deep Cup, mix the flour, egg, cheese, 1 tablespoon of sugar, salt, soda, vegetable oil. Knead the dough, if the cottage cheese was watery, add more flour, the dough should not stick to hands.

Roll the dough into a bun, cover with a towel and 30 minutes put in the refrigerator.

While the dough rests in the fridge let's prepare the filling. Wash the apples, peel and core, to grate on a coarse grater.

Grated apples and 4 tbsp sugar put in a pan and tormented over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, add the cinnamon, stir and let cool.

Divide the dough in half, each part roll into a rectangle, apply an even layer of filling and carefully fold them into rolls.

Rolls put in a baking dish and put in a preheated 200 deg. oven for 20 minutes.

Just 20-25 minutes Cheese-Apple cinnamon rolls are ready! Already on the table!!!
