Cooking
Marinade for 1, 5 kg of meat: • tomato (grated tomatoes) – 0, 5 litres; • potatoes – 2 large onion; • garlic – floor head; • juice of one lemon; • mineral water - 250 g; • coriander, nutmeg, black and red pepper, and salt.
In a pan pour a little vegetable oil, then tomato, boil 10 -15 minutes, remove from heat, add chopped onions and press garlic and all the spices, lemon juice, mineral water.
Stir and pour marinade meat. Marinate for six hours, I soaked overnight and put in the fridge
Then remove the meat from the marinade, remove the fillet from the rest of it and put on the grill. Over the coals bake one side for 4 minutes, the second 4 minutes, turn them over to first for another 3 minutes and so on the second one. All! Remove from heat, place on a platter and cut meat already on the table. When juice stands out, the participants just become excited. Enjoy!
PS. The marinade because we don't recycle, and return to the pan, boil it for another 10 minutes, add the parsley and get awesome sauce to your barbecue!!
