Harcho vegetarian with prunes and nuts

Ingredients

  • Water

    2.5 l

  • Potatoes

    350 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Allspice

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 Tbsp

  • Figure

    150 g

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Prunes

    1 handful

  • Salt

Cooking

In a saucepan, add water, bring to a boil and put the washed in running water Fig. Cook stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.

Onions finely cut, carrots three on a grater. Onion and carrot fry in vegetable oil until soft.

When potatoes and rice are almost ready, dobavlaet nuts, prunes, parsley (I minced dried) and salt. And cook for about 10 minutes until tender.
