Cooking
I did the short form. The original recipe for a 26 cm aspect Ratio: 5 eggs, 1.5 cups. sugar, 800 grams of cheese, 250 g cream, 3 tbsp corn starch or flour samochodowa. Turn proteins. Whisk in a solid foam and gradually add sugar while beating. Mix up the proteins in the cottage cheese mass as possible.
The form dimmed with baking paper, grease the sides and bottom with oil lightly and put in there "dough".
Bake at a temperature of 160 degrees for 40 minutes (60 minutes if you are doing it on a form 26 cm). In no case do not open the oven during cooking! Turned off the oven and leave the cake to cool in it. Here's a handsome we have. Very nice!!!
