Chocolate cream
You like chocolate cream "Danette"? If Yes, then this recipe is for you! The site has a similar recipe, but a feature of my version is that it was cooked in a microwave. Quick, tasty! You can eat just like that or used as cream in cakes.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    330 ml

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2.5 tsp

Cooking

Mix together the sugar (quantity take according to your taste), cocoa and flour to avoid lumps.

Pour cold milk in and stir thoroughly.

And put in the microwave on high for 2 minutes, Remove from microwave, stir well and put another 2 minutes on maximum power. And stir again.

I had the two times, the cream has thickened, as in the picture. But if the cream is more watery, then put another 2 mins and stir. Cool 10 minutes, put in molds, refrigerate until fully cured. Or use at your destination.
