Cooking

step-0
First you need to soak gelatin in cold boiled water for swelling. RUB the yolks with vanilla and 3st. L. sugar, pour in the milk and heat until lightly thickened, stirring constantly.
step-1
In this mixture, whisking with a mixer, gradually pour the cream and 100g of condensed milk. Swollen gelatin heated to dissolve and pour into the yolk-cream mixture, stirring. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
step-2
Supply capacity with proteins in a water bath and beat until thick foam. Then, still whisking with a mixer, pour 4 tbsp of sugar gradually.
step-3
Should get here such a big mass.
step-4
Mix gently with a spoon the yolk creamy and protein mass.
step-5
Pour this mixture into a semicircular shape. I took a silicone cake pan. And put it in the fridge to solidify. (better at night)
step-6
Surprisingly tasty for the filling, melt 50g of butter, 50g of condensed milk and 100g of chocolate.
step-7
Chocolate can take any one you like. I took this with peanuts and corn flakes.
step-8
Cherry had in their own juice without seeds. You can take the frozen. Not defrosting, cover the cherries with a small amount of sugar and boil for 5 minutes. The resulting juice squeeze. Pour the cherries into the chocolate mass and stir.
step-9
From frozen soufflé remove with a spoon the middle of not grasping the bottom (to remove gently, souffles are very delicate and airy). Fill the middle with chocolate-cherry weight, half excavated soufflé turn the heat a little and pour on top of cherries in chocolate. Put the cold for an hour.
step-10
Then form a few seconds to lower in hot water and flip the soufflé onto dish.
step-11
"Cake hole" I filled in previously excavated ground (remains of). Sprinkle a mound of coconut.
step-12
Seeing this snow-white miracle, my little girl gasped and breathlessly asked, "when are we going to eat this snow?":-D
step-13
Amazingly delicious it turned out my "snow hill" - cherry in chocolate, covered with gentle, airy soufflé cream! After tasting this treat, melting in the mouth, there's a feeling that you are in a fairy tale!
step-14
Try it - it's delicious!
