Boiled tongue, fresh cabbage, cheese, spicy curry and taste... slightly sweet notes.

Ingredients

  • Beef tongue

    200 g

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Raisins

    15 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • Curry

  • Salt

Rinse the raisins and soak in water.

Language finely chop.

Shred cabbage, sprinkle with a little salt and mash (I used cabbage, her crush is not necessary, but it is better to do with white).
