Chocolate cake with chocolate cream mousse
Whether you love chocolate like I love him?! ;) If Yes, welcome to the chocolate heaven! Delicate chocolate dough combined with the incredible chocolate cream mousse – a win-win. And the cherry adds to this dessert an interesting twist...

Ingredients

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Yolk egg

    80 g

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Cocoa powder

    10 g

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Cocoa powder

    70 g

  • Corn starch

    100 g

  • Cherry

    150 g

Cooking

For cream mousse dilute the starch in 150 ml of milk, stir until complete disappearance of lumps.

In a saucepan, mix sugar and 200 ml of milk, put it on the stove. Heated to a temperature of ≈90° (i.e. almost boiling).

Remove from heat and add broken into pieces of chocolate and sifted cocoa powder. Stir it carefully.

Put the saucepan on the stove and gradually add the remaining milk (650 ml), mixing thoroughly to avoid lumps.

The injected mixture of starch and milk and cook until thick. Supposed to be this soft and silky cream mousse.

Put the pan with the cream mousse in cold water and cool completely. When the cream mousse has cooled, add the thawed cherries, stir, cover all this beauty with cling film and put in the fridge.

For the dough sift and mix dry food: flour, cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Use it powdered sugar to the dough remained undissolved sugar crystals! Add salt, yolks and butter. Knead the dough with your hands. Form a ball, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and 2 hours in the refrigerator.

After the specified time, take the dough and roughly 2/3 of the roll out into the reservoir and placed in a form lined with parchment. I used the form in diameter 24 see

Spread on the pastry cream mousse. And from the remaining dough decorate the top of the pie as it will allow you to your imagination :) I so loving turned out... And put it in a preheated 180° oven for 50-55 minutes. During baking, the pie smell throughout the house is incredible – so be prepared to keep yourself in hands!
