Family Breakfast
Cottage cheese-oatmeal sticks - delicious pastries for the whole family. Prepare rich pastries from cottage cheese and oat flakes TM "Mistral", which is ideal for a family Breakfast. Breakfast of delicate cottage cheese and oat sticks will give you the feeling of satiety, a pleasant taste and is beneficial for your health.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

For making cottage cheese and oat sticks I took Extra oat flakes TM "Mistral".

Oatmeal Extra TM "Mistral" grind blender.

To the blended oatmeal, add curd and grind well in a blender.

In cheese-oat mixture, add the sugar, vanilla, salt, egg yolk, wheat flour, baking powder and mix well.

Knead the dough. It should be dense. The dough cover with plastic and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Now put the dough on a silicone Mat. Flour is not required - the dough does not stick. Roll out the dough into a sausage, cut into 7-8 equal pieces.

Each portion of dough roll out small sausage sticks.

Preheat the pan with vegetable oil, place sticks.

Fry the sticks on all sides until Golden brown over medium heat.

Ready wand lay on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
