Krasnosmorodinovy jelly
This recipe is not new, but I like it very much for its simplicity and usefulness. Decided to show my zagotovok you.

Ingredients

  • Red currants

    2 kg

  • Sugar

    2 kg

To grow black currants)))

To tear and wash the harvest.

The berries separate from the stem.

Mash the berries with a wooden pestle in a non-metallic bowl. From the resulting mass squeeze the juice through cheesecloth, folded in 3-4 layers. Part of the juice can be frozen.

The remaining juice is mixed with sugar in the ratio of 1x1. Stir well (to dissolve sugar), pour into jars, clean and in the fridge.

Through the day, the jelly is ready.

In the fridge for the jelly to be stored up to 2 years.
