Cooking
Bake 2 of the same cake. Take 6 eggs, separate the yolks from the whites.
To yolks 6 tbsp sugar and beat with a mixer until the doubling mass.
Further to this mass add 2 tbsp of breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp cocoa, 1 tsp baking powder and beat well with a mixer.
Proteins, beat with a mixer in a standing foam, add in the yolk mass and gently stir with a spoon, as if twisting to the top.
Pour the dough with a parchment form (or grease with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs). Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for approx 40-45 minutes (I baked 30 minutes at 180* + 15 min. at 150*). The willingness of cake check wooden stick (dry, without a test), and the cake needs to keep up with the edge of the form.
The cake is ready. And now our song is good to start again :))) - bake the second cake.
While our Corgi are baked, prepare the cream. In a saucepan, pour the milk + sugar + vanilla sugar, stir with a spoon, put on medium heat, the milk will boil - add semolina and immediately whisk to avoid lumps. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and cooked.
Completely cools. 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
250 g butter cut into cubes.
Beat with a mixer. Add semolina and 2 tbsp and after each beat with a mixer. In the end add lemon juice and whisk. Tasting, needs a little acidity to give.
Cut each cake into 2 layers.
Collect our cake like in the pictures below in order. The 1st and the 3rd cake is slightly tart spread with jam, jelly or sorbet, a good prosacea, and then cream.
I had the sorbet and jelly of red currants. I decided to try with the syrup - also delicious! But always do with jelly.
Ready, put the cake in the fridge.
Prepare the glaze: 5 tbsp milk + 2 tbsp cocoa + 3 tablespoon sugar + 50 g of oil. Mix well. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. The glaze should be well thicken, and then just drained :)))
Ready. The icing to cool until it is already frozen (very thick), but you can still pour. Pour the cake in the fridge overnight or for a few hours. I, pouring the cake, quietly carried away and poured out all at once :))), and need a little bit, and that will happen as I have a lot :)))
Bon appétit!!! Photos in the section will add a day :)))
