Bean soup with meatballs
Delicious, rich, Golden - bean soup with meatballs. Will certainly warm you in the cold and gather for lunch the whole family. Soy sauce TM Kikkoman gives this soup its flavor. Help yourself!

Cook the chicken broth.

I make meatballs in advance and store in the freezer. I have meatballs of chicken mince, you can use any stuffing of your choice. They can be cooked before the soup.

Potatoes cleaned and cut into cubes.

Carrots cut into strips or grate on a grater, shred the onion. Onions and carrots saute in the pan until transparent, not a large amount of vegetable oil.

The beans need to pre-boil or use as I canned. To get from the jar and rinse. I prefer white beans, as it is in my opinion softer and more suitable for soups.

The broth, omit the meatballs and potatoes, allow to boil and cook on medium heat until cooked potatoes. Then add the browned vegetables and beans, cook for 10 minutes, and refill our soup soy sauce TM Kikkoman to taste. I do not salt the soup, enough for me soy sauce. It gives the soup a slightly brownish - Golden color.

At the end of the refillable soup chopped greens (I have parsley and dill) and skip through the press garlic, to give writing a rolling boil for 2 minutes. Our soup is ready!
