Chocolate Fudge
There are in the English kitchen is a wonderful dish called FUDGE. Whether it is cookies, or cake, or Fudge... Difficult to attribute to any specific category of food. But that's not the point, and that this sweetness is very tasty and extremely easy to prepare, no wonder translates as "concocted at the last minute." I made this chocolate Fudge on a festive table, the guests highly praised and endlessly thanked for the delicious )))

Ingredients

  • Chocolate milk

    250 g

  • Condensed milk

    395 g

  • Cookies

    200 g

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

Lubricate the form of oil 16 x 26.5 cm, line it with baking paper. In a saucepan over medium heat connect condensed milk and chocolate.

Heat, stirring, for 5 minutes until all the chocolate is melted and mixture becomes smooth and homogeneous. Remove from heat.

Cookies grind in a blender or hands, but not into fine crumbs. The pieces should be fairly large.

To the chocolate mixture, add biscuits, raisins (I still have a few dried apricots), and walnuts (I mixed with hazelnuts). Mix thoroughly.

Put in prepared form, smooth. Try to do this quickly, because the mass quickly solidifies. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
