Meatballs
Tender homemade meatballs lends the table an atmosphere of comfort and care! Simple, fast, tasty and flavorful! Please enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    350 g

  • Minced chicken

    350 g

  • Tomato paste

    150 g

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

For cooking used soy sauce"Kikkoman"

The stuffing to combine and season with soy sauce"Kikkoman" (70 ml)

Add to the minced egg and semolina, mix well

Combine ground beef with spices and again mix well

In tomato paste add soy sauce "Kikkoman" (30 ml) and a few spices (I added rosemary)

Dilute tomato paste with water and forming the meatballs, drop them in boiling liquid

Simmer meatballs for 20 minutes.
