Cooking

step-0
For this wonderful dessert, I used sheets of lasagna here this brand. They do not need to pre-boil, as some other manufacturers, which is very convenient. This greatly facilitates and speeds up the cooking process.
step-1
Wash the apples, cut out core, it is possible to clean the skin. I remove the skin only from imported winter apples, so nothing is cleared. Cut into thin slices. Sprinkle the apples with lemon juice, not to dark and not lost before the time marketability.
step-2
In a pan fry the flour until light nutty aroma, add the oil, stir, reduce the heat and pour the cream in small portions, each time carefully mixing and avoiding the formation of lumps. Add sugar (amount depends on sweetness of apples and personal taste), cinnamon (vanilla), cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat. The sauce should be liquid, if it is strongly thickens, add boiling water.
step-3
In the form pour a little sauce, put lasagne sheets on top, again pour the sauce over it and put the slices of apples. As alternate, until all the apples.) Or sheets of lasagna.)) Or sauce.))) I ran out of apples, and I stopped.
step-4
The last is a sheet of lasagna. Pour remainder of sauce and sprinkle with almonds. Cover with foil and place in oven for 35-40 minutes at 190 degrees. 5 minutes until cooked remove the foil and increase T to 200*C, to brown the almonds.
step-5
Give lasagna to cool slightly and chop. Mmmmm, how delicious!
