I honestly tried to love lasagna, prepared more than once, but it didn't happen. For me it is too heavy food. But this version of lasagna all of us enjoyed tremendously! Easy creamy taste, the sweetness of apples, the scent of cinnamon... mmmm... delicious! Now lasagna will cook just like that!

Add sugar (amount depends on sweetness of apples and personal taste), cinnamon (vanilla), cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat. The sauce should be liquid, if it is strongly thickens, add boiling water.

The last is a sheet of lasagna. Pour remainder of sauce and sprinkle with almonds. Cover with foil and place in oven for 35-40 minutes at 190 degrees. 5 minutes until cooked remove the foil and increase T to 200*C, to brown the almonds.
