Recipe shared with me my friend from Romania. Delicate taste of the pate, prepared quickly and easily.
Ingredients

Parsley
1 Tbsp

Green onions
1 piece

Sour cream
2 Tbsp

Feta
250 g

Peppers red hot chilli

Salt

Butter
100 g
Cooking
I used Greek Shepherd's cheese (Hirtenkäse).
Chop the onion and parsley (you can use a blender). Add cheese. To kill blender.
Add butter, sour cream and spices. Season with salt (if needed. I salt was not added, because the cheese is salty enough). Grind until smooth. That's all. Ready!
