My son loves hummus but don't always have the opportunity to buy it. This spread successfully replace him hummus, it is delicious, tender, spicy and hearty. The beauty of this dish is that its preparation does not need to prepare in advance, just once and you're done!

Cooking
Prepare the necessary products. Beans can take any color from its colors depends on the color of the pate. I have white beans.
Open beans and drain in a colander, peel a garlic. Combine all ingredients (beans, cheese, Basil, garlic, walnuts) in the bowl of a blender, add a pinch of salt.
Grind in a homogeneous mass.
