The story of how a regular cheese with sour cream to turn into an exquisite dessert. A great way to make friends with kids with cream cheese or to please guests with an unusual dessert. The consistency of the dessert resembles the miracle of curds, but no preservatives or E additives.

Cooking
Soak gelatin in milk and let stand. Then heat it until dissolved.
Cottage cheese (curd) to RUB or blend it in a blender to avoid lumps. Whip cream with sugar. Chocolate melt in a water bath.
Cottage cheese (curd) mixed with whipped cream, gelatin, vanilla sugar. stir with a mixer. Separate about a quarter. The rest mix with the chocolate and beat with a mixer.
Put the mousse in layers in a bowl and put in a cool place until firm. It hardens pretty quickly. Decorate with nuts.
