Candied orange chocolate
Absolutely adorable orange candy. Very elegant solution to use orange peel. Especially useful this simple recipe French dessert at Christmas and holidays.

Ingredients

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Water

    1.5 cup

Cooking

Oranges wash, pour over boiling water, peeled. Cut the peel

Mix all spices with water, bring to a boil, put the chopped peel. Proverjaem it for about 40-50 minutes on medium heat

Candied recline on a sieve. The remaining spiced syrup can be used in the preparation of ice cream, jelly, baking

Spread the candied peel on parchment, dry them

Melt in a water bath chocolate, broken into pieces
