This cake I did for son's birthday. The cake was easy. But with chocolate décor had little to suffer. Turned out, of course, in the end, not what I planned. The chocolate was very Moody and didn't want me to give, but! with the 3rd attempt I still did something. Well, it turned out well! Whisk the eggs. Add sugar

The finished cake cooled. I baked the cake the day before. And the next day I collected the cake.
Now we need to melt the white chocolate in a water bath. I'm doing this right. A bowl of chocolate put in a bowl of boiling water, the chocolate melts perfectly.
While the melted chocolate, make a soufflé. Cheese (better to not take mild flavor) whisk with 4 tbsp sour cream 60 gr of icing sugar

Next we need to soak the gelatin in 120 g of cold water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Then dissolve in a water bath. I just heated it in the microwave (20 sec.).
Now mix cottage cheese and sour cream mass and pour it into the gelatin. Constantly whisk. Out of the jar with the peaches to drain the juice into a Cup. Peaches cut into slices

Then cover with a second Korzh. I covered immediately, put the form with the cake for half an hour in the cold to the cream a little seized, and then covered the cake. On the cake spread remaining peach slices. Make jello and pour them a cake. All the cake is almost ready. Left to decorate it. Chocolate leaves I made in advance. Nothing complicated in the manufacture of chocolate leaves there, but looks this chocolate decoration is very original. For the chocolate leaves need a dense, small leaves and a silicone brush.
