Beetroot soup with meatballs
We often cook borscht, a beet soup that's, unfortunately, very rare! The range of the first dishes I will recommend you to diversify here in this tasty soup with chicken meatballs and rice. This beet soup is RICH, FLAVORFUL AND VERY BUDGET. This soup is simple and it will handle even a beginner cook. The main thing is to prepare all the ingredients and go!

The stuffing I made for the night of chicken fillet 300 g. Added a finely chopped onion (love so much more), salt and pepper. If you have children, the minced pepper can be less or no pepper at all. Mix, cover and put in the refrigerator on the shelf where cold. Cook the soup. Prepare food. In a saucepan, pour water, bring to a boil and put the rice. Red rice is cooked a little longer than usual. Red rice in this soup you can substitute ordinary, but with the red more interesting.

Cut the potatoes randomly and after 10 minutes, after we added the rice, put the potatoes in the pan.

In parallel, in a skillet or in a frying pan with a thick bottom make filling soup. Vegetables cut into cubes.

Arrange the onion in the heated oil and zolotim it. Garlic press straight into the skin with the flat side of a knife, spread the onions. Even fry a minute.

Spread beets and carrots. Mix everything together, diminish the fire to a minimum, and parched vegetables until tender under the hood. A couple of tablespoons of broth from the pan you can pour in about five minutes.

Tormented 15 minutes approximately. Remove the garlic and put the tomato paste. Mix and tormented for 5 more minutes.
