I have a form for baking bread (or cake pan) large - 10*30 cm, if You have a form of smaller size can take only 2/3 of the ingredients, or bake 2 bread. You can knead the dough with my hands and using the bread machine. I, as always, knead yeast dough using the bread machine. Pour it in a bucket of warm milk, add yeast, leave for 5-10 minutes.
Add the sifted flour, sugar, salt, softened butter, egg.
Place the bucket in a bread machine, include the mode of kneading.
The dough is placed in a warm place to increase in volume in 2-3 times. I put the dough in the bowl, covered with foil and placed in a slightly heated oven.
At this time, prepare the filling - in a bowl place the softened butter, powdered sugar and 15 grams of slightly beaten eggs (if You add more eggs, the filling can be a liquid and will flow), dry milk.
Shake all the ingredients a bit with a mixer or whisk.
When the dough will increase in volume, place it on the table to knead.
Roll the dough along the length of Your form for baking bread or cake.
Spread the filling on the rolled out dough, distribute evenly, leaving a little to the brim.
Lubricate one side with the beaten egg.
On the table to sprinkle almond petals, roll them into the surface, smeared with egg.
Then "roll" to flip again, brush with the beaten egg and roll in almond petals.
Form for baking lay a baking paper, grease with vegetable oil. Put in the form of a "roll".
The dough cover with cling film and leave to rise in a warm place until the increase in volume 2 times.
