Description
About the origins of this dish are still arguing. Someone said that the doughnut was invented by the American girls, to entertain the passing horsemen of the postal service "Pony Express". Someone who claims that doughnuts in America brought the Dutch. Someone to "blame" all the Jews who allegedly prepared the buns so in memory of the Holy oil that poured into the menorahs-the menorah in the Jerusalem temple. The most romantic legend has it that the doughnut was invented by the Danish fleet captain Hanson Gregory. He supposedly stood at the helm and munched some pastries. Began a terrible storm, the captain to control the ship took both hands and he put his loaf on the handle steering wheels. In fact, the invention of the doughnut is most likely related to the fact that the dough with the hole faster is fried, and that's all.

Cooking
Sift into a deep bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Separately, mix the yogurt, water, egg and vanilla essence (then I decided to work out a little painting, because vanilla essence at home I have not found this time, so the photo - Apple and even some exotic... purely for painting.. :-)
Then pour wet mixture into dry and a little mix, leaving no lumps stirred.
Apples peel, cut the middle and cut into plates with a thickness of 5 mm. If the apples are large, and our donuts and there are more. Heat vegetable oil in a deep dish. Dip each slice of Apple into batter and fry about 1 minute on each side.
Put the finished doughnuts on a paper towel (or bars) to glass the excess oil. Well, there You are, the so-called DOUGHNUT...
Don't forget just before eating each serving sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon ... Serve hot donuts... you Can with honey or sour cream... but that's really as close to any diet.. :-) enjoy all the appetite.
