Cream soup from broccoli with shrimp
Options: Soup of broccoli with meatballs and cream of broccoli vegetable. All three options are good, each in their own way.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    600 g

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Garlic

  • Broth

    0.66 l

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Shrimp

    10 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

    1 pinch

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Broccoli wash and disassemble into small florets. The stem is cut into small pieces. Onions and garlic peel and chop.

Drop broccoli into boiling salted water and cook for 4 minutes.

Discard in a colander and rinse with ice water. A few blossoms to set aside for serving.

Reheat in a saucepan with a thick bottom butter or vegetable oil,

Fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the potatoes cut into small cubes and fry for a few minutes.

Pour half of the broth, bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes

Then add broccoli and simmer about 10 minutes, until broccoli is tender. Allow to cool slightly. Meanwhile, clean shrimp, remove head and shells and cook in boiling salted water 4 minutes. To shift on a dish, cover and leave in a warm place.
