The duck soup with vegetables and wild rice
I bring to your attention a very simple but extremely healthy and tasty soup made from duck's wings not only with vegetables but with the wild rice.

Ingredients

  • Duck

    300 g

  • Pepper

    100 g

  • Avocado

    130 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    3 piece

  • Shallots

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Tomato

    150 g

  • Figure

    1 pack

  • Greens

Prepare the products you see in this picture.

Put to cook the broth by pouring 1 l of water, 1 chopped carrot, 1 onion and 1 stalk of celery. Don't forget to put duck wings. Cook until the meat is tender.

Separately cook 1 packet of rice "bubble mix" TM Mistral, 30 min., according to the directions on the package.

Peel and cut the vegetables like you tell your imagination. Forgot to take a picture of sliced celery stalks.

Omit all the vegetables, except the avocado, into the boiling broth for 10-15 minutes then add to soup, avocado and boiled rice "bubble mix" TM Mistral. For those who love Asian cuisine, I recommend to add it to the soup for 5 mins until tender 2 tsp. of ginger juice. The soup will be more exotic.

Served our soup and garnish with herbs and put in each plate with 1/2 of the duck wing.
