The pickle with beef, barley and dressing
Turns out very tasty soup which is made from simple and affordable products.

Ingredients

  • Beef

  • Pearl barley

  • Potatoes

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Pickled cucumber

  • Garlic

  • Greens

  • Sour cream

  • Chicken egg

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

Cooking

Beef wash, remove the film. Cover with cold water, pearl barley and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Beef cut into small pieces, add water (2.5 liters) and then boil for 30 minutes. How to boil water in a pot remove carefully the foam.

Pearl barley wash and run in the pot with the meat. Cook for 10-15 minutes. During this time, cut potatoes and add to soup.

Onions cut into cubes, carrots grate on a coarse grater. In a pan pour a little sunflower oil and fry the carrots and onion for 5 minutes. Add to the pickle.

Pickles cut into strips and saute in a skillet for 5-7 minutes. Added to our soup.

In sour cream add the egg yolk and mix well. Pour the mixture into the soup. Then put in a pan Bay leaf, pepper, salt. Cook for 10 minutes.

Herbs and garlic are finely chop and add to the pot. Boil everything for 10-15 minutes. Bon appetit!
