Mushroom soup with zucchini
Mushroom soup cooked in a pot, a very aromatic, rich taste. Like even my male meat-eaters :)

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Spices

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Broth

That's all we need + 3 tbsp sour cream - 3 pot 0.5 l You will need 10 minutes for cooking, the rest will make the pots and oven :)

For cutting veggies I have used this grater (top photo), if you RUB on a regular coarse grater, in the cooking process to get vegetable mush better then to chop vegetables with a knife. So, onion, carrot and zucchini - grated, mushrooms - on plastics with a knife. While we cut vegetables in a deep frying pan, heat cooking oil and in the oven at 50 ° C, supply to heat up the pots.

In hot oil put onions and carrots for a few minutes, the mushrooms will go. Simmer under a lid for 5-6 minutes, until the mushrooms will not give the juice. Cook on medium heat.

As soon as the mushroom juice, spread the zucchini, stir and pour in the milk. Add salt to taste, turn off the stove.

Spread the vegetables along with the liquid 3 in the pot, with pepper and fill (not reaching the top of the pot for 1-1,5 fingers, the fingers are all different :) ) broth or salted boiling water. The hotter the better! In each Cup put 1 tbsp sour cream (who are on a diet, can put low-fat yogurt), cover with lids pots and put into the oven. Oven temperature was raised to 200-210*C, my oven took 35 minutes.
