Cottage cheese casserole
Casserole with the addition of cocoa or melted chocolate. A pleasant taste. Perfectly cut into pieces of desired shape.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    5 pack

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Candy

    7 piece

  • Margarine

    120 g

Curd skip through Mincer. Add all remaining ingredients except candy and cocoa. Mass knead well. Divide the mass into two parts. To one part add the chocolates and cocoa. In a greased form to put a circle of paper or foil. In the centre lay the ground with cocoa. On the edge - white mass. Round to clean.

Flatten with spatula and brush with yolk, beaten with milk.

Bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees. The finished casserole to cool for 20 minutes in the same form. Serve with berry good syrup or jelly chilled.
