Description
... a collection of casseroles... There are similar recipes (I looked through all 5 pages with vegetable casseroles and roasted vegetables), but any combination of other vegetables, or used eggs, mayonnaise, milk, or vegetables before baking undergo additional processing. This recipe is very simple, he offered Anne Bartkowski (employee of hospital) in the book "Was koche ich heute? ... was Leckeres!" (What I cook today? ... something tasty!)

Cooking
First of all, wash the eggplants, cut off the butt and cut a fairly large cubes. Hard salt, mix and set aside.
Loans while other vegetables: potatoes, onions and garlic, peel the zucchini and potatoes and rinse. Parsley and dill finely chop. With eggplant pour out the juice (everywhere I advise them to rinse off the salt, but I honestly never washed, bitterness never noticed :( ) Zucchini cut into too large cubes, add to the eggplant.
Potatoes cut into cubes, sent to the vegetables, the dill and parsley,
sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, mix. Set aside. Turn on the oven at 190-200*C.
5 minutes saute in olive oil
... and add to vegetables. Mix well.
All the vegetables are put into the form with a lid, pour a Cup of salt to taste broth (I had cooked chicken, so the broth was a chicken :) ) and put into hot oven for 45 minutes.
At this time we will cut tomatoes diced (if desired, you can peel the skin), mix them with the breadcrumbs and 1 tbsp grated cheese (I'm not salted).
After 45 minutes, remove the pan from the oven, stir the vegetables and close the tomato-bread-cheese filling :) Again sent to the oven for 15 minutes (without a lid!)
An hour passed, here's what we got. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, put in oven and turn off heat (if You have a gas stove, turn off the heat once the cheese melts, and electric enough heat).
As the cheese is completely melted, it is possible to get and try.
although you can eat cold - it will be a salad snack :) Bon appetit!
