RUB cheese on a coarse grater.
Apple (peeled) similarly, sprinkle it with orange juice.
Eggs grate on a coarse grater. Cut onion into thin half-rings, aged in lemon juice for 10 minutes. Peel oranges, divide into slices and remove plenochki.
Begin to build the salad. The first layer of apples, then onions. Then eggs, a piece of cheese, oranges.
Each layer coat with a small amount of mayonnaise.
On top of the oranges, sprinkle remaining cheese.
The salad is ready.
