Cooking
The difference of this recipe from the classic, as can be seen, substitution of potatoes for processed cheese. So, we spread layers: 1 - grated on a cheese grater, trying not to crush, a little grease mayonnaise. 2 - chopped herring fillets (if fish is too salty, soak it better to leave the excess salt). 3 - finely chopped onion (the onions I scalded with boiling water, went to the bitterness, but it's not for everybody). 4 - grated grated eggs, 3 protein and 2 egg yolks, 1 yolk leave for decoration. 5 - beets, grated on a grater. Fish, eggs, and beets before you spread on the previous layer, mixed with mayonnaise (thanks to Pillsbury irma008 for this idea - very convenient). On top of the beets Trou on a fine grater or yolk as the rest, decorated with greenery.
