Description
Easy to prepare, but very spicy salad with fried mushrooms, cheese and tomatoes, sprinkled with pine nuts. This recipe was posted by user chipolino in 2008 under the name "Mushroom salad" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Mushrooms wash, Pat dry, cut into slices. Fry them in olive oil until light Golden brown, literally for 20 seconds on each side.
Grate the zest of a lemon - about 1 tbsp. Squeeze 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Grind a clove of garlic
Sprinkle sauteed mushrooms zest and garlic, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Planed hard cheese plates. I do this with a vegetable peeler.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into four parts.
Put in a bowl mushrooms, tomatoes. Sprinkle with slices of Parmesan cheese and pine nuts. Pour 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add black pepper and chopped green onions or other greens.
