What a delicious pie it turned out) the Combination of slightly sweet dough with a delicious filling like a sardine and egg with onion... mmm... Try it!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Margarine

    50 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Green onions

    3 sprig

  • Sesame

    2 tsp

Warm kefir add the yeast, sugar, salt, egg, a couple tablespoons of flour, cover and put the dough (in a warm place).

Melt the margarine. Coming up add it to the dough. Gradually add flour, knead the dough. It took me 2.5 cups of flour, and half Cup while kneading.

Mix the dough put in a warm place to rise. It typically takes 40-60 minutes.
