In my home recipe collection baking this cake is a favorite. Incredibly tasty, with amazing aroma of wild cherry, with a light porous cake and sweet cream.

First steamed bird cherry flour, pour into it some boiling water, we get the consistency of sour cream, cover with lid. At this point, the kitchen hovers mad flavor of black cherry
