Today, unexpectedly I received two awards. One of them, very high for me - "Super photorecep". This, of course, not a jubilee, but only the 35th is my recipe, but I want to Express my gratitude to all those who helped me to improve in the field of photography, for advice and guidance. It seems to me that something I could learn. Like to treat you to an incredibly delicious manna, the recipe of which I found on the "Makinge". Especially, manna lovers of Oriental sweets. The recipe is missing the butter, flour, eggs and another interesting point - if You don't even love pumpkin, here, You will not even realize that it exists. Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    2 cup

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Semolina

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Coconut shavings

    1 pack

  • Vegetable oil

Pumpkin grate on a fine grater. Oven included 180 degrees, so that it is heated. Combine all the ingredients for a pie pumpkin, sugar, semolina, baking powder, yogurt and lemon zest. Mix well (do this quickly to semolina did not have time to swell, otherwise the cake will be too dense).
