Chicken gizzards in cream sauce
This recipe is good because the ventricles are obtained remarkably soft and tender with a delicious sauce .

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    500 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Chicken gizzards rinse,process.

Fry in vegetable oil.

Add the grated carrots,

Cream.

Saute 10 minutes,add salt.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.Close the lid.After a couple of minutes off.

Serve with your favourite side dish.
