Cooking
The dish is super-fast, so the side dish we cook the basmati rice. It cooks in just 12 minutes - but it's good enough!
While the water is boiling for rice, fillets, wash well and dry. I have a large fillet, so I discourage it entirely - notched edges to hold the shape of and covering the film so as not to dirty all around. To beat slightly, but evenly.
