Kebab with lavash air
Very tasty, quick and healthy dish. Minimum ingredients, maximum pleasure! Will delight you and your family.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    2 cup

  • Liquid smoke

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Rinse the fillets and cut into small cubes.

Onions cut into rings.

In a bowl lay out fillet, add yogurt, spices, and liquid smoke.

Mix thoroughly and leave for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 250-270 degrees. Take a baking tray, cover it with foil (to drain the juice). Take the grill, grease with oil and put it on a baking sheet. Strung meat on skewers and put on grill. Bake in the oven 20-25 minutes, not more, because the meat will become dry.

While preparing the kebabs, prepare the air pita. In a bowl, mix the flour, yogurt, butter, soda and salt. Mix thoroughly. Divide the dough into pieces, roll into balls and roll out with a rolling pin. Bake in a pan without oil until it will turn brown.
