Raspberry jam and Apple
Our family favorite raspberry jam. But enough from year to year to cook just raspberry+sugar. Log saw raspberry jam with apples and immediately ran to cook. It was very tasty, not corny, spicy and interesting. I invite You on an unusual raspberry jam.

Ingredients

  • Raspberry

    1 kg

  • Apple

    500 g

  • Sugar

    1 kg

  • Carnation

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

Raspberries covered with sugar. And leave it to let the juice.

Apples clean from the skin and cut into small slices.

Apples add to the raspberry. Add cinnamon and cloves. And leave for 20 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how much time You have.

Put jam on fire. Once it boils, add the vanilla sugar and ginger. The recipe was given to dry, but I love fresh. Dry tried. Cook the jam for 20 minutes, periodically removing the foam.

Cooked as a jam spread on sterile banks and roll covers. Out of this number ingredients I got 3 half liter jars of jam.
