Cooking
From this simple set of products we prepare delicious snack, and not only, these tomatoes can be used in salad and for sandwiches, and for stewing meat, in General, they have a very wide scope.
Tomatoes, cut in half, put in a convenient bowl, fill with sugar and leave for 40-50 minutes to release the juice, during this time, you a couple of times to gently mix the tomatoes. After the juice stood out, throws tomatoes into the sieve, allow to drain the juice, the juice does not pour, we still need it.
Separated the juice, put on fire in large spacious pot, add salt and give how to boil, if the tomatoes are sour, you can add 100 grams of sugar.
Once the syrup is well boiled, add the tomatoes, stir very gently (in a wide saucepan more convenient to do it), bring to a boil and switch off the gas. Give soak the tomatoes for 10 minutes in syrup, then gently remove them with a slotted spoon into a colander and allow to drain the syrup. At this stage, tomatoes can be easily separated peel, I removed it, tomato it does not spread due to the fact that has been cooked in syrup.
Once the syrup stack, spread the tomatoes on the tray of the dryer, split up, make every small razrezik in the middle, pour in the slit and one coffee spoon of soy sauce, a bit, as it will. You can also sprinkle on top of another aromatic vinegar, I didn't do it. Dry them in the dryer at 55 degrees for about 6-8 hours. Somewhere in the middle of drying I added about half a coffee spoon of soy sauce.
After drying, allow to cool, fold in any convenient storage container. How long can these tomatoes be stored, don't know, I stood in the fridge for two weeks in a plastic container, then ended abruptly )) Very tasty!!!
The taste is sour-sweet, slightly spicy! To use such tomatoes can go anywhere, I ate them just like that, without all, very tasty with the marinated cheese, just cheese, in salads, and for a glass of good wine, in General, a fairy tale!!!
