Even those who do not like pineapples in products (I have a daughter - in salads or in appetizers pineapples not eat) was eating it for both cheeks. And it's very simple - I did not say that the toppings included pineapple. But after, when admitted, were surprised. And said delicious.

Cooking

I used ready-made cakes "Napoleon". They can bake themselves of puff pastry. If you bake, you need 4 layers. But I don't do that.
Now we start to miss the cakes and stack them on top of each other. Immediately coat with two layers (and a bit of the filling left for the final layer), cover the third and put under the slight oppression. I left for the night. But if there's no time for 2-3 hours. So, we still have a single crust and a little filling.
After impregnation lubricates the upper (third) layer and sides of cake. Now take the remaining layer (fourth), grind them into crumbs and sprinkle the cake top and sides. Here we've got "Napoleon".
Sprinkle the top with herbs or decorate to taste. Leave for another couple of hours in the refrigerator or on the balcony.
