Soup quick country-style
Today I want to offer you a very tasty soup. It so happens that the time is absolutely enough, and want something thin and delicious. This soup not just rescued me. Fragrant, tasty, nourishing. Come to my house for dinner.

Ingredients

  • Fat

    130 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Allspice

  • Water

    1.5 l

Cooking

Potatoes cut into large strips (I rubbed on a special grater)

Carrots also cut into large julienne strips or grate on a coarse grater

Onion cut into half rings

Garlic skip through the press or RUB on a small grater

Bacon (my bacon) cut into small cubes

Pan (preferably cast iron) heat and fry the bacon until Golden brown, to greaves. Fry on medium heat, stirring constantly.

Add carrots and onion, stirring constantly, fry for 5-7 minutes. At the end of roasting add the cumin, pepper and mix well.

In a saucepan boil water and put the potatoes. Cook for 5 min.

Add to the pan received zazharku, stir and cook until cooked potatoes and carrots (about 7-10 min).

Turn off the heat, add greens, garlic and, if necessary, doselevel. Stir and allow to infuse the soup for about 10 minutes.
