When I get tired of the usual herring under a fur coat and want something new or just to surprise guests (always works - I mean surprise), we are preparing here is a wonderful salad.

Cooking
Boil in salted water potatoes, carrots, beets, and eggs until ready. Peel the onion and take out from the cellar a jar of mushrooms home. Now that all the ingredients on hand, begin to prepare our salad: potatoes peeled and grated on a coarse grater. Spread on the bottom of the salad bowl first layer.
Salt and grease with mayonnaise. Frankly, I don't add salt.
Now the most important step. Open the jar of homemade pickles, I have the white mushrooms and cut them into very small cubes. It took me a little more than 1/3 of the 700-gram cans. Optionally, you can put other pickled mushrooms. But I love this salad with the mushrooms. They crunch and give the salad a really interesting flavor (which is why you need to cut them in small cubes to the salad did not work \'gross\').
Also cut into small cubes onion. Now put in a salad bowl a layer of our mushrooms and then a layer of onions.
The next layer - grated on a coarse grater egg.
Salt and grease with mayonnaise.

Sometimes I change the last two layers are reversed to the salad and differed from the herring under a fur coat (after all, the ingredients are all the same) - we have a very interesting redhead a salad - a kind of \'the Fox fur\'. *JOKINGLY* But today - a classic!
