Salad with tuna
A light and tasty salad. Preparing is quite simple, looks very elegant.

Ingredients

  • Tuna

    340 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    0.5 plug

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

    250 g

In a beautiful large platter stacked, diced, orange.

Apple cleaned from skin and grate on a grater (or blender), spread on top of the oranges.

Tuna catches from the banks (the juice we don't need), parsed with a fork into small pieces, it will be a 3 layer of our salad.

Abundantly watered it with mayonnaise (or yogurt).

The next layer is a lot of thinly sliced Chinese lettuce (or bikinki, like me). Again, pour mayonnaise, but this layer is not so abundant a bit, that would be the cheese on the cabbage better kept.

And the last layer - cheese, grated on a fine grater.

Tomatoes cut into small slices and lay out on plate diameter. Optional - decorate the salad greens, olives, etc Salad looks very elegant: red tomatoes, green lettuce, yellow cheese. After watching the salad, all the layers are mixed and the salad is eaten. But this is, as someone more like it! Yes, salt salad is not necessary!!!
